Our COLA reports are designed to assist you in identifying the difference in the cost of living between your employees’ current and new locations and in determining Cost of Living Allowances and overall compensation packages for relocating personnel.
Each report is tailored to the individual circumstances of each employee and their family, considering the employee’s current remuneration and living costs. The results indicate whether the Cost of Living is higher or lower in your employees’ new location.

Securing visas and work permissions can be a complex, time-consuming and stressful endeavour. Effective immigration support is crucial in such situations, which is where our in house immigration specialists can help.
From the outset, we provide case planning and relevant documentation for the application processes. We establish an immigration diary to track all the key dates as your employee’s applications progress. We monitor deadline dates as well as any specific immigration caps which may affect the applications.
We offer assistance with gathering and pre-processing documents (translations/notarisations), with UK country approvals, and with any home country consular documents.
Additionally, we can support your employees with country post-arrival documents if required. Once your employee’s application has been approved and actioned, we monitor and track the relevant application and expiry dates to ensure any renewals or extensions are flagged-up and can be actioned well in advance.
